1. Such models are essentially code or pseudo code that can be translated into various coding languages, and their use is therefore governed by the standard MIT License which is stated with the open source models.
2. Knowledgeable appraisers may use or embed the models or portions thereof into their reports, but take full responsibility for the applicability of the models to their Scope of Work requirements.
3. It is the responsibility of appraisers and real estate agents who use these models in their work to understand the model and the parameters used to configure it, as well as its limitations.
4. If there are technical issues related to models, Pacific Vista Net may provide limited assistance to the extent possible, and at its own discretion.
