Pacific Vista Net is owned and operated by myself, William Bert Craytor, SRA. This is a company that provides broad real estate services encompassing photography, video, virtual tours, appraisal, and consultation on market price estimates.
My principle occupation since I graduated from high school in 1965, has been computer programming, software engineering and analysis. My secondary occupations have been appraisal, statistical analysis (or data mining) – and photography.
I officially retired at the age of 69 from software engineering in 2017. However, i still work at my own company in real estate services doing Real Estate Photography and Video, Appraisal, and Statistical Analysis. I am also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate Appraiser and FAA Certified Drone Pilot.
I am particularly interested in both non-parametric statistics and photography, with respect to Real Estate.
