Pacific Vista Net is owned and operated by me, William Bert Craytor, SRA. This company conducts real estate appraisal research and offers comprehensive real estate services, including photography, video, virtual tours, valuation engineering, and consultation on market price estimates.
My principal occupation since I graduated from high school in 1965 has been software engineering, statistical analysis, data mining, and AI. My secondary occupations have been appraisal and photography.
I am also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, Retired Certified General Appraiser, and FAA Certified Drone Pilot.
I am particularly interested in non-parametric statistics, AI (neural networks and Prolog), and technical photography, specifically in the context of real estate.
